This Privacy Policy explains how Birmingham Marketing Guy ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit or use birminghammarketingguy.com (the "Site"). Continued use of the Site means acceptance of this Policy.
Who Operates The Site
The Site is operated from 420 20th Street North, Suite 2200, Birmingham, AL 35203. Policy questions go to dwight@birminghammarketingguy.com.
What Gets Collected
Two categories of information:
- What you share. Scheduling a call, sending an email, or completing a form sends us the details you provide (name, email, phone, business name, website, anything you type).
- What is captured automatically. Standard analytics: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on site, referring URL. Used to understand visitor patterns and prioritize content.
How That Information Is Used
- Replying to your inquiry, scheduling meetings, and delivering services.
- Following up on conversations you initiated.
- Improving the Site and understanding what visitors find useful.
Information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Calendly for scheduling. Calendly collects what you submit in the booking flow.
- Google Cloud as hosting provider, which processes basic server logs.
- Cloudflare for DNS resolution.
Cookies
Analytics cookies measure traffic. Third-party services such as Calendly may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings at any time.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of information held about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. Send the request to dwight@birminghammarketingguy.com. Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
This Policy may be updated periodically. When it changes, the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days.
